Inspiring true motivation in Arabic learners
Why intrinsic motivation is the key to moving Arabic outcomes, and how to build it.
Cultural intelligence · Dubai & beyond

Free executive summary · For school leaders
Arabic is where inspection reports stall and improvement plans go quiet, not for lack of effort but for lack of a shared picture of what excellent Arabic teaching actually looks like. The LEAP executive summary (free, and a twenty-minute read) gives you that picture: the four teacher profiles already in your staffroom, the eight classroom practices that separate outstanding Arabic from compliant Arabic, and the audit questions to put to your own provision this term. Written for school leaders, not linguists.
The summary shows you what excellent looks like. The full LEAP Framework builds it: observation tools, CPD sequences, leadership routines and a term-by-term implementation programme, delivered with Victoria working alongside your Arabic department: auditing provision, coaching teachers, and embedding the leadership habits that move the judgement and keep it moved.
