- Build a 1-minute exit reflection into your day. After every lesson, ask: What worked? What didn’t? What next time? One minute. No overthinking. Big long-term insight.
- Change your language — model what you want. Instead of saying “Do you understand?”, say “What’s the most important word you heard today?” Instead of “Don’t forget your books,” say “Let’s be Arabic-ready.” Subtle shifts. Massive mindset cues.
