With over 22 years of experience in British, IB, and American curriculum schools across the UAE, she has established a reputation for leading change that is deeply human as well as strategically effective.

Drawing on her academic foundation in Islamic Studies and Educational Leadership, Mufida has spearheaded national projects in Arabic and Islamic curriculum transformation, guided school improvement initiatives aligned with ADEK and EYFS quality
frameworks, and designed professional development pathways that reignite educators’ sense of purpose.

Her consultancy extends beyond schools to coaching programmes that empower women navigating burnout, transition, and personal growth.

Sarah is a school improvement strategist and leadership consultant, recognised for her ability to turn complex educational challenges into sustainable strategies that elevate teaching, learning, and whole-school performance.

With over 25 years of senior leadership experience across UK, IB, Australian, and US curriculum international schools in the UAE, Sarah has built a reputation for driving measurable impact through evidence based practice, cultural intelligence, and innovative leadership.

As a published author with Oxford University Press (IB Theory of
Knowledge Skills and Practice), Sarah combines thought leadership with practical expertise. She has successfully guided schools through IB authorisations and evaluations, KHDA and SPEA inspections, and Cognita accreditations, consistently securing outcomes rated “Very Good” or “Outstanding.” Her portfolio includes leading schools through transformation journeys, building teacher capacity through instructional
coaching, and embedding professional learning communities that foster collective efficacy.

A passionate advocate for experiential and holistic education, Sarah champions initiatives such as the Sheikh Sultan Award and the Duke of Edinburgh’s International Award, ensuring students develop the skills and resilience to thrive beyond the classroom. Whether advising on strategic improvement plans, mentoring school leaders, or preparing schools for inspection readiness, she partners with leadership teams to deliver excellence that endures.

Kym is an early years strategist and leadership specialist, celebrated for her ability to translate decades of frontline experience and system-level insight into practical strategies that raise quality and transform outcomes for young children. With over 35 years in education, spanning roles as teacher, senior leader, School Improvement Adviser, and Strategic Lead for Early Years, Kym has developed a reputation for shaping practice that combines rigour with creativity, ensuring excellence even in contexts of high disadvantage.

A co-author of the influential publication ‘A Place to Learn’, described as “THE guide for early years practitioners, Kym has inspired thousands of educators through her writing, advisory work, and national conference contributions. During her tenure in Lewisham, her leadership helped shift the district from some of the lowest to among the highest outcomes in the Early Years Foundation Stage, with consistently strong inspection results.

Now an independent consultant for the past decade, Kym partners with schools, early years settings, and districts across the UK, Middle East and Asia. Her expertise lies in enabling leaders to harness evidence-based practice and collaborative approaches that deliver sustained improvements in provision and meaningful change for children.
