Our website is hosted on a Virtual Private Server from IONOS. They store your data on secure servers behind a firewall. Safeguards have been put in place to protect the data provided to The Cambridge Consultancy Group. We endeavour to ensure that third-party organisations associated with us agree to protect personal information that they access in order to serve us and our customers. This may include storing information in lockable cabinets or rooms and electronic storage systems (which may include password protections, data encryption, firewalls and related protocols).
The Cambridge Consultancy Group uses Google’s secure and GDPR-compliant Google Workspace services for storing documents and emails. As a corporation The Cambridge Consultancy Group is required to keep records of important communications, financial transactions and documents for auditing and compliance purposes. This data is retained for up to 10 years, after which it is permanently deleted. Any non-essential emails and documents no longer required are deleted from the Google Workspace account annually every January 9th; Google deletes the relevant data from all of its systems within a maximum of 180 days unless retention obligations apply.
Marketing
The Cambridge Consultancy Group would like to email you information about products and services of ours that we think you might like. If you have agreed to receive email marketing, you may opt out at any later date by clicking the unsubscribe link in any of our marketing emails, or by emailing admin@cambridgeuae.com.
Your data protection rights
